A cracking chickpea, mushroom, in season spinach & feta creamy filling in a light filo strudel. Accompanied by steamed asparagus with an Alfredo sauce using local “Farmer's Hand” cheese. (V)
A plump whole chicken breast, stuffed with roasted vegtables & wrapped in Prosciutto, roasted & served with white onion thyme rice, in season vegtables & a hot tomato relish.
A creamy Test River trout fish pie of baby leeks, peppers & a sweet potato topping that will delight the tastebuds with trout from less than 10 miles away. Served with our toasted ciabatta.
